How to reserve a hall or conference room in Residence Lanteri near Paris

The Residence Universitaire Lanteri offers a few halls which can be rented. Here is the list with the maximum number of persons allowed according to the size of the room.

  • Ste-Rita’s Chapel up to 200 pers. for 1500 m ²
  • Crypt of Ste-Rita’s Chapel up to 150 pers. for 1500 m ²
  • Conference room up to 20 pers. for 32 m ²
  • Room of the Holy shroud up to 20 pers. for 32 m ²
  • Triangular Room 5 pers. for 11m ²
  • Reading and studying room: up to 40 pers. for 65 m ² ( one very rare occasions)

Modalities of booking

  • the prospective customer has to contact the Reception, directly or by telephone, or in writing - letter or fax or, contact the R.U.L. by using the following e-mail:reside.univ.lanteri@gmail.com;
  • the person booking the room has to fill in Sheet G-2: Identification and Contract file planned for the booking of rooms and, if necessary, the R.U.L. will send him the document by fax or by mail;
  • the acceptance by the Director is conditional to the reception of sheet G-2, filled and signed, including the documents required according to the type of group : religious or family or other group;
  • the person signing the document has to supply the photocopy of an ID card;

 

Rules and regulations :  
1-The customer agrees to maintain good order during all the activity; 
2-The customer agrees to clean the premises after the activity; 
3-Dancing is never allowed; 
4- Music is prohibited during religious services in the chapel and is only allowed, at the other moments, at a low level; 
5-The activity will end before midnight;  
6-The paid deposit is not refundable even in case of cancellation by the customer; 
7- A 100-€ guarantee is paid at the signature of the contract and will be paid off only once the event is over, if no damage to the property nor acts of vandalism have been noticed.
