  • You’ll find all the services you’d expect from a student residence: Welcome service, catering, housekeeping, games and relaxation rooms, TV rooms, laundry and ironing facilities, Internet access, bike room, weight room, photocopies, parking, etc.

First:

  • An 18m² bedroom;
  • Singles or doubles;
  • With a new and practical layout, different in both cases;

Entrance hall, study room, two TV rooms, fitness room (with membership fee), laundry room (with coin-operated), games room, music room with piano, etc.

Then, in addition to being a place to live, the package goes much further…

  • Meals: in France, the table is THE place for conviviality!
  • All-you-can-eat breakfast;
  • 20 monthly meal tickets for lunch and/or dinner, weekdays and/or weekends.
  • The meal includes 4 courses:
  • Starter with 3 varieties: cold or hot (your choice) or salad bar;
  • Main course: choice of two home-cooked dishes, no frozen foods;
  • your choice of cheese or dairy products, always ultra-fresh ;
  • desserts and fruit, regular pastries
  • Room cleaning :

as a matter of course, a service person will clean the floors and free surfaces every 15 days;

  • Intranet network and Internet access (wired and WiFi) ;
  • Car and motorcycle parking ;
  • Secure bicycle storage .

Last but not least, there are no extra costs or unpleasant surprises for :

  • Electricity (about 45€ / month if we compare with other residences) ;
  • Household waste (approx. €8/month in other rentals);
  • Marketing agency fees (7% of annual rent excluding charges);
  • Unlimited Internet access (approx. €18 depending on the package chosen).

The advantages of R.U.L.

  • Students are accepted after registering online and sending in their paper application, as indicated in the procedures described below;
  • The duration of the contract is set by the student when choosing one of our contracts:
    – 4 months: September to December
    – 10 months: September to June
    – 6 months: January to June
  • The security deposit is only €750, whereas in other establishments it is often three (3) months. The security deposit is returned within 30 days of final departure.
  • The terms and conditions of acceptance of the guarantor do not require the presentation of any file concerning the guarantor’s administrative identity, in addition to the documents already required in the registration procedures.
  • The contract can be terminated within 45 days (and not three months or more, as is often the practice in other establishments).
  • All students, including foreign students, can benefit from the C.A.F. by applying forAide Personnaliséau Logement(APL), which can be as much as €230/month or more.

  • The R.U.L. Regulations govern the actions of both parties – the R.U.L. Management and the student – to ensure a genuine contractual agreement. What’s done is written, and what’s written is done.
  • It avoids excesses or shortages, oversights or favoritism, and is a reminder for all occasions. It’s the objective dimension of our subjective involvement!
  • R.U.L. promotes fairness, responsibility, maturity, awareness of self and others, a sense of obligation and growth through this life-preparing environment.
  • The R.U.L. is aware that freedom implies the ability to measure oneself against a set of rules: the student must therefore read them carefully before signing. That’ s how you make a commitment!
  • Parents are committed to fostering in their children the ability to learn from themselves, from day-to-day experience, from their own research and reflection, and even from their own mistakes – the attempts that lead nowhere and that reveal wisdom or social good sense. He’ll do what they’ve done themselves…
  • The presence of a religious community, the Oblates of the Virgin Mary, is a guarantee of the commitment of men dedicated to the promotion of values inscribed in each of us, known as evangelical, always with respect for others and their journey, often in an informal way.
    They are also available to Christians who wish to go “one step further” in their Christian spiritual life.
